Total Posts- 7 (GEN- 05, OBC-1, EWS-1)

Age- (i) Scientist- 32 yrs, (ii) Senior Scientist- 37 yrs, (iii) Principal Scientist- 45 yrs (as on the last date of receipt of application)

Qualification- (i) Scientist- PhD submitted in Life Science or allied fields with high level hands on skill in viral or cancer biology/immunology or MTech in Computer Science/Electronics/Computational Biology/Biomedical Engg. (ii) Senior Scientist- PhD in Life Science or allied fields 2 years experience in molecular neurobiology with high level hands on skill. (iii) Principal Scientist- PhD in Life Science or allied fields with 3 years experience in experimental immunology of lung diseases.

Pay Scale- (i) Scientist- Rs 83948/- , (ii) Senior Scientist- Rs 97712/-, (iii) Principal Scientist- Rs 152644/-

Fees- Rs.100/- and No Fees for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates and regular employees of CSIR.

Selection Process-

How to Apply- Candidates need to apply online before the last date with the required documents as mention in the official notification. The application should be accompanied by self-attested copies of the relevant educational qualifications, experience. After online application, Candidates need to send the fees in the form of Demand Draft with the documents given below-

a. List of best five publications. 

b. Colour photograph pasted on the form and signed across in full. 

c. Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate. 

d. Self Attested photocopies of education qualifications certificates. 

e. Self Attested photocopy of caste certificate, if applicable. 

f. Self Attested photocopies of experience certificates, if any. 

g. Hard copy of best 5 published papers
