U.P. Government Teacher Recruitment 2021 for 1894 Posts, Apply from 22 Feb 2021

Teacher recruitment examination of 3049 non-government aided junior high schools of Uttar Pradesh will be held on April 11. A separate recruitment examination will be conducted on 1894 posts including 390 posts of Principal and 1504 posts of Assistant Teacher.

The exam will be for two and a half hours and will consist of 150 questions. The government has released the recruitment timetable and syllabus and its advertisement will be released on 18 February 2021. Online applications will be taken from 22 February 2021.

There will be multiple-choice questions in the recruitment examination and examination will be done from OMR. There will be a higher level of examination than the teacher eligibility test for both posts. The difficulty level of the paper in the examination of the Principal and Assistant Teacher will be the level of the graduate. Selection in recruitment will be at the directorate level.

For the post of Principal, 5 years of experience as Assistant Teacher is required and the candidate should also have knowledge of school management.

The passing marks of the recruitment examination have been fixed, the cut-off for the General category will be 65% and 60% for Reserved category candidates.
