UPPSC Block Education Officer 2019 Exam | Document Verification Schedule

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), Prayagraj has released the notification for document verification for the Recruitment Exam of 'Block Education Officer- 2019'. Candidates are advised to read the notification and also present with the required documents as per the date given in the notification. Here is the list of documents, which is required at the time of Document Verification-

Highschool Marksheet and Certificate with Photocopy.

Intermediate Marksheet and Certificate with Photocopy.

Original and Photocopy of Educational Documents according to the Post.

Reservation (For EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PH, and Ex-Serviceman Candidates) Certificate and Address Proof with Original and Photocopies.

NOC Certificate from past employer/current employer.

2 Passport Size Photos Attested by the Gazetted Officer and 2 Non-Attested Passport Size Photos also attached with the application letter.

PH Certificate for Physically Handicapped Candidates.

E.W.S (Economically Weaker Sections) Certificate for the candidates, Who have filled it at the time of registration.

(iii) On 10.02.2021
