Education Qualification- LLB from a recognized institute or university of India. Registered in the Bar Council as an Advocate. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.

**Important Points**

Candidates, who will be selected for appointment will be require to appear in a basic Medical Test.

There shall be negative marking in the Multiple Choice Questions for each wrong answer.

Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal, by 03 years for BC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates of West Bengal and upto 45 years of age for PH candidates.
