Candidates need to bring the following documents at the time of the Document Verification Process-

High School Mark Sheet (For age Proof).

All educational documents and certificates.

Caste certificate (If applicable).

PAN Card and Aadhar Card (For ID and Address Proof).

02 Color Passport Size Photographs.

Note-1: Candidates need to bring original copies of all the documents with 01 self-attested copy.

Note-2: Candidates must reach at Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Bijnor at 10:00 AM.
