JKSSB Recruitment 2021 for 800 Posts of Sub Inspector- Apply Online

J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has recently released a notification for the recruitment of Sub Inspector in J&K Police Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post before the last date (10.12.2021).

Post Name- Sub Inspector in J&K Police Department

Total Posts- 800 (OM-400, SC-64, ST-80, OSC-32, ALC/IB-32, RBA-80, PSP-32, EWS-80)

Age- 18-28 yrs as on 01.01.2021

Qualification- Graduation in any stream.

Physical Qualification

i.) For Male

Height: 5’- 6”(minimum)

Chest girth: 32”(unexpanded)

Chest girth: 331/2” (expanded)

ii.) For Female

Height:  5’- 2” ( minimum )

Pay Scale- Level 6C (Rs.35700- 113100/- )

Application Fees- Rs.550/- (Rs.400/- for SC/ST Category Candidates)

Selection Process- Candidates selection will be made on the basis of Written Test, Physical Standard Test(PST) and Physical Endurance Test(PET).

How to Apply- Interested candidates can apply for the post by following the steps given below:

(i) Open https://ssbjk.org.in.

(ii) After that, Click upon the “Candidate Registration” link.

(iii) After the registration, candidates need to login by clicking on “Candidate Login”.

(iv) After that, Click upon “Latest Openings”.

(v) Now click “Apply Now” on “Application Form for Appointment to the Post of Sub-Inspector in the J&K Police.”

(vi) Submit all the details carefully and click “SAVE & CONTINUE”.

Candidates also need to submit their fees by Net banking/ Credit card/ Debit card/ Payment gateway to complete the registration.
