UP Gram Vikas Adhikari Bharti for 2142 Vacancies & 3000 Vacancies for Cluster Manager & Other Posts in Uttar Pradesh: 2022- 23

There is a great news for unemployed candidates of Uttar Pradesh. State Government is soon going to recruit good number of vacancies for Gram Vikas Adhikari or Village Development Officer, Cluster Manager and various other posts. Uttar Pradesh Government is going to recruit 2142 posts of Gram Vikas Adhikari or Village Development Officer. Rural Development Department has started its preparation also. National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) will also recruit 3000 vacancies for Cluster Manager and other through Outsourcing. 

Currently, there are 8286 posts of Gram Vikas Adhikari or Village Development Officer and 6108 officers are available at this time on the posts. So, 2182 vacancies are still vacant. That's the reason, the department is going to recruit 2142 vacancies and within 100 days the department will send the proposal to the State Government also.

Qualification, Age, Pay Scale, Selection Process, etc for VDO

Candidate must be 12th pass with a minimum of 60% marks and Basic Diploma in Computer Application.

The age limit will be 18- 40 yrs.

The basic pay scale of a Village Development Officer (VDO) is Rs.5200- 20,000/- with other allowances as per State/ Central Government Rules.

The selection of VDO is made on the basis of a Preliminary Exam, Physical Exam and Interview.
