Qualification- Officers of Courts/Tribunals, Central/State Government/ Union Territories/ autonomous or statutory organization/ PSUs/ University/ Recognized Research Institution holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

Pay Scale- Level-9/Level-8/Level-6
