Online Exam (Assistant/Assistant Manager)- Sep to Oct 2022

Salary

Assistant- Rs.33,960+ Other Allowances

Assistant Manager- Rs.80,110+ Other Allowances

Probation Period

Assistant- 06 Months

Assistant Manager- Before appointment, there will be a training period of 01 year as a Management Trainee.

Age (as on 01.01.2022)

Assistant- 21 to 28 yrs

Assistant Manager (Others)- 21 to 28 yrs

Assistant Manager (DME)- 21 to 40 yrs

Educational Qualification

Assistant- Graduation with the minimum of 55% marks.

Assistant Manager (Others)- Graduation with the minimum of 60% marks or PG in any discipline.

Assistant Manager (DME)- Graduation with the minimum of 50% marks or PG in any discipline and Completed 3 years as DME in LIC HFL as on 31.03.2022 and continuing as DME or marketing intermediary in LIC HFL.

All posts required basic working knowledge of Computer also.
