Post Name- Community Health Officers (CHOs)

Upper Age Limit- 35 yrs

 Qualification- B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Course with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University. Candidates must be registered as Nurses & Midwives in UP Nurses & Midwives Council.

 Pay Scale- Rs.20,500+Rs.15,000 per month performance-based-incentive (PBI)

SC/ST/PH Category Candidates- Rs.N/A

Selection Process

The Selection will be made on the basis of Written Exam/Skill Test and/or Interview.
