UPNHM will Recruit 5505 CHOs in Health & Wealth Centers

Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission (UPNHM) will recruit 5505 Community Health Officers in different Health and Wellness Centres. Basically, CHOs work is to provide First Aid to the Patient and Provide proper information to Pregnant women and also provide them treatment. These centers also test Blood Sugar, Malaria and Hemoglobin. Currently, there are 13,700 Health and Wellness Centres and new centers will be open as soon as possible.

UP Government will upgrade 21,000+ Health Centers and Primary Health Centers to convert them into Health and Wellness Centres. Health Schemes are applying properly through CHOs.

The starting Pay Scale is Rs.25,000 per month and Rs.40,000 incentive, so CHOs will get Rs.40,000 per month by NHM. For more updates, please keep checking the official website also.
