Essential Qualification

Agent

B.E/B.Tech in Mining Engineering or equivalent with Diploma in Safety Management and minimum 18 yrs post qualification experience of managing and operating Coal Mines.

Safety Officer/ Training Officer

(i) Safety Officer- Degree in Mining Engineering/AMIE in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Manager's Certificate of Competency and 02 yrs post qualification experience in Coal Mine.

(ii) Training Officer- Diploma in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Manager's Certificate of Competency under the CMR and minimum 10 yrs post qualification experience in Coal Mine.

Assistant Mines Manager/ Under Manager

(i) Assistant Mines Manager- Degree in Mining Engineering/AMIE in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Manager's Certificate of Competency and 01 yrs post qualification experience in Coal Mine.

(ii) Under Manager- Diploma in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Manager's Certificate of Competency under the CMR and minimum 10 yrs post qualification experience in Coal Mine.

Colliery Engineer

Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Mining Machinery/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics or equivalent with 07/04 yrs post qualification working experience in relevant field.

Surveyor

Diploma in Survey Engineering with DGMS Certified Surveyor's Certificate under the Coal Mines Regulation and minimum 01 yrs experience in open cast coal mine.

Foreman (Mechanical)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 05 yrs post qualification relevant working experience.

Electrical Supervisor

Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with valid Electrical Supervisor's Certificate of Competency and minimum 05 yrs experience in Electrical field in a Limited Company.

Shot Firer

Diploma in Mining Engineering with 05 yrs experience in open cast coal mine.

Mining Sirdar

12th pass with a minimum of 60% marks and valid Sirdar Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS and minimum 05 yrs experience in open cast coal mine.

Pay Scale

Agent- Rs.1,50,000/- with other allowances
