Post Name- Assistant Director (Finance & Administration)

Total Posts- 02

Upper Age Limit- 56 years

Educational Qualification- Graduate in any stream.

Eligibility Criteria- Candidates should hold regular post in scale(s) as per the criteria given below in Central/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies:

(i) Analogous post in Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Rs.6,600/- Grade Pay).
OR
(ii) Post of Assistant Director or equivalent in Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-) with a minimum of 04 years regular service in the grade.
OR
(iii) Post carrying Level 9 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/-) with a minimum of 7 years regular service in the grade.

Pay Scale- Pay Matrix 11 as per the 7th CPC with other allowances as per GOI rules.
