UP Lekhpal Bharti Updates 2024

The Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh, has recently invited requisitions from all 18 Divisional Commissioners for the post of Lekhpal. The Board is preparing to send details to the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) by 31.10.2024. So, the recruitment process is completed easily. 

The Uttar Pradesh Government has instructed the filling out of Lekhpal's vacant positions as soon as possible. Previously requisitions were sent for 4700 posts to the Commission but it has sent it back after marking the PH category and asking to send new requisitions for it. So, finally, PH category marking is also completed.

The promotion work is also completed for the years 2023-24 and 2024-25. Approxiatimalty 1500 Lekhpal will become Kanungo after the promotion. The vacancies that become vacant after the promotion will also be counted in the total vacancies. So, the final number of positions will be between 8500 to 9000.
