(i) Supervision of civil works, including road construction, drainage systems, laying of underground services, footpath, etc.

(ii) Ensuring quality control.

(iii) Supervision of site to ensure compliances of GFC, BOQ, DPR and other technical requirements.

(iv) Preparation/ verification of Contractor Bills, material procurement schedules and quantity estimates.

(v) Ensuring timely completion of project and getting approvals of design changes (if any).

Electrical Engineer

(i) Supervision of undergrounding of power with all electrical installation and allied works.

(ii) Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and codes.

(iii) Coordination with utility providers for electrical installations.

(iv) Troubleshooting electrical execution Faults and correcting during project execution.

(v) Review and approval of design changes related to electrical systems.
