Eligibility Criteria for Shikshak Sathi
Minimum 05 years of experience as a Assistant Teacher or Principal in a Upper Primary School. Minimum 10 years remaining in retirement (as on the date of advertisement).
Selection Process
Subject-wise Written Exam (60 marks), Microteaching/ Teaching Skills (10 to 15 mnts per candidate, 30 marks) and Interview (10 marks).

The candidates, who will achieve 60% or more marks in Written Exam are eligible for Microteaching.
The candidates, who will achieve 60% or more marks in Microteaching are eligible for Interview.
Candidates will also get a mobility allowance of Rs.2500/- per month.
The working period of ARP is 01 years extendable up to 03 years based on the performance of the candidate.
The application must be forward by Khand Shiksha Adhikari (BEO).
