Eligibility & Conditions for the Selection of ARPs

1. Graduation in relevant subject and Trained Graduate.
2. Minimum 5 years of Teaching Experience in Primary/ Upper Primary Schools.
3. Minimum 10 years remaining in Retirement.
4. The selection will be made on the basis of Subject-wise Written Exam (60 marks), Microteaching/ Teaching Skills (10-15 mnts per candidate, 30 marks) and Interview (10 marks).
5. Candidates, who will get 60% or more marks in Written Exam will be qualify for Microteaching and after getting more than 60% marks in Microteaching they will qualify for Interview.
6. The working period for ARPs will be 01 year.
7. The number of positions may increase or decrease.
8. The Cut-Off date for Qualifications will be the date of publishing the advertisement.
9. The Mobility allowance will be given as per official rules.  
10. The application form must be forwarded fromthe  Block Education Officer.
