Gonda ARPs Recruitment 2025 in Various Subjects, Last Date 16 Mar 2025
Office of the District Basic Education Officer, Samagra Shiksha, Gonda has recently invited application for the post of Academic Resource Person (ARP) in different subjects from the Teachers (Male/Female) already working in Primary, Upper Primary & Composite School on a Contractual Basis for a period of one year extendable every year based on the performance of the candidate and approval of the District Selection Committiee and maximum upto three years. Eligibility Criteria
(i) Graduation in relevant subject with B.Ed.
(ii) Minimum 6 years of Teaching Experience in Primary/Upper Primary/Composite School.
(iii) Minimum 10 years remaining in Retirement.
(iv) Candidates who have already worked as an ARP for more than 3 years are not eligible for this position.
Subject-wise Details of Qualifications
(i) For Social Study- B.A. with Social Study, History, Geography, Civics, Economics, Psychology, Army Science, Statistics, Agriculture).
(ii) For English- English as a Compulsory Subject in the Last Year of B.A.
(iii) For Hindi- Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in the Last Year of B.A.
(iv) For Math- Graduation with Physics, Chemistry & Math (PCM).
(v) For Science- Graduation with Zoology, Botany & Chemistry (ZBC).
Pay Scale—The academic Resource Person's Salary will be given by the same school in which they are presently working, and they will get Rs.2500/- per Mobility/Travel Allowances.
Selection Process- The selection will be made on the basis of Written Exam, Micro Teaching/Teaching Skills and Interview.
