(i) Minimum 25 years for District Resource Person
(ii) Minimum 21 years for Block Resource Person

Eligibility Criteria

(i) District Resource Person- Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma in relevant subject. Should have the working experience of minimum 03 years in the relevant theme. Should have the knowledge of Hindi & English languages. Should have the basic knowledge of Computer and Smart Phone/ Android Phone.

(ii) Block Resource Person- 12th pass. Must be a female candidate. Must be a member of Self-Help Group under Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission. Should have the knowledge of Hindi and English languages. Should have the knowledge of working on Smartphone/ Android Phone.
