1. Master's Degree in any stream.

2. Stenography in English with a minimum of 100 WPM.

3. English Typing with a minimum of 35 WPM.

4. Basic working knowledge of Computer.

5. The candidate should have the knowledge of Hindi Language also.

6. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Secretarial Assistant/Stenographer or equivalent in a Central/ State Government/ Autonomous or Statutory organization/ PSU/ University or recognized research or educational institution.

Junior Project Engineer

Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer or equivalent.
