Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow (UPPBPB) has released recruitment for 9534 posts of Sub- Inspector in Police Department, Platoon Commander in PSC, and Fire Officer Second in Fire Department. Female candidates can also apply for these posts.

Reservation for Different Category Candidates- SC- 21%, ST- 2%, OBC- 27%, EWS- 10%, Women Candidates- 20%.

Age Limit- 21-28 yrs as on 01/07/2021.

Qualification- (i) For Sub- Inspector & Platoon Commander Post- Graduation from any recognized college of India. (ii) For Fire Officer Post- Graduation with Science from any recognized college of India.

Physical Qualification

(i) For Male Candidates

Height-Minimum 168 cm, Chest- 79 cm without Expansion and 84 cm with +5 cm Expansion.

(ii) For Female Candidates

Height- Minimum 152 cm, Weight- Minimum 40 kg.

Pay Scale- Rs.9300- 34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
