Education Qualification- M.Sc/ M.Tech in relevant subject and minimum 03 years experience.

Pay Scale- Rs.60,000/ Monthly

Important Points

The position is to be filled on short term contract basis for a period of three years (extendable beyond three years), on year to year basis on the basis of review of performance.

The submission of the application does not confirm any right on the applicant to be called for interview.

The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel any application/candidature at its discretion and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained from the applicant.

Wrong declaration / submission of false information or any otheraction contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.

APEDA has the right to terminate the contract at any time, due to non performance or without assigning any reason.

The main work of consultants will be- (i) Accreditation, surveillance and monitoring of Certification Bodies (Crop Science). (ii) Compliance and enforcement activities based on National Standard and Standards of importing countries. (iii) Any other works as may be assigned by the competent authority from time to time.

Candidate Should have working knowledge in computer also.

Candidates need to provide original documents at the time of document verification/ interview.
