Age Limit- Less than 35 years as on 17/08/2021.

Education Qualification- B.Sc. (Nursing) with Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Course with Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from a recognized Institute or University of India.

Candidate must be registered as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurses & Midwives Council and also have a valid registration certificate.
