Director- Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with relevant experience and possessing Master's Degree in Relevant Field.

Joint Director- Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with relevant experience and possessing Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

Senior Manager- Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with relevant experience and possessing Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Relevant Field.

Senior Manager (IT)/ Manager (IT)/Deputy Manager (IT)/Assistant Manager (IT)- Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with relevant experience and possessing B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science.

Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade)- Holding regular post of Staff Car Driver in Pay Level -1 in any Government Organization and possessing a valid driving license, Minimum 03 yrs experience of driving a motor car and 10th Pass.
