UP Home Guard Bharti 2022-23 for 32,000 Vacancies of Male and Female Candidates- Check Complete Updates

Uttar Pradesh Home Guard Department is going to recruit 32,000 male and female candidates for Home Guard vacancies. The department will recruit 7,000 posts for male candidates and 4,000 posts for female candidates. There will be a 20% reservation for Female Candidates. UP Government's main aim is to recruit new candidates in different departments.

Basic Qualification, Age & Pay Scale

The basic qualification for the Home Guard post is 10th/12th Pass with other Physical Qualifications. Candidates age should be 18 to 45 yrs. Basic pay scale is more then Rs.15,000/- per month. Candidates need to apply for these posts through online mode only.

These vacancies are basically open in all districts of Uttar Pradesh. The demand for this recruitment was rising for a long time. Keeping in view the unemployed youth of Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government has given them this gift.

Physical Qualification

For Home Guard Recruitment, candidates also have to run two kilometers. The minimum height for General candidates is 162 cm and 157 cm for reserved category candidates, for Female candidates, it will be 148 cm. Minimum 179 cm chest is required for Male candidates.

There are 85,000 Home Guards against 118348 posts in the department. 4000 Home Guards are retiring every year and Out of 4,000 posts of women candidates, 1500 posts are vacant.

20,000 posts will be vacant in the next 05 yrs. The official notification for this recruitment can be issued soon through the department on the official websites and in newspapers. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Home Guard Department.
