• Eligibility: Group ‘A’ officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with 3 years of regular service in the Grade Pay 7,600 under the Central Government
• Pay Scale: Level -13 in the Pay matrix

• Upper Age Limit: 55 yrs
• Qualification: PG Degree in Quantitative Sciences / Management / Public Health / Computer Science or IT. Minimum 5 yrs working experience in Government Area. 3-4 yrs experience in the health/ social sector.
• Eligibility: Group ‘A’ officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with 4 years of regular service in the Grade Pay 5,400 under the Central Government
• Pay Scale: Level -11 in the Pay matrix
