America: Teachers Position are vacant in more than 53% Govt Schools

Many vacant teacher positions are available in different government schools in America. The principal of these schools has said that teacher vacancies are available in their schools. Most of the positions are available for Science and mentally and physically weak students.

Before Covid-19, there were 20% vacant positions available and after 2 yrs it has increased to 53%. According to a survey, most of the positions are available in the low-income area.

The researcher has found that currently, 36,000 positions of teachers are vacant in the country. According to the report paper of Brown University's Annenberg Institute, Teachers working on 1,63,000 posts are less qualified. 

The main reason behind this is the low pay scale of teachers because they were demanding good salary for a long time but the government did not provide it.
