Govt Ration Shop will also give 5 Kg FTL Cylinders in UP

Government shops in Uttar Pradesh will also give small 5 kg FTL (Free Trade LPG) cylinders. The name of the brand will be "Chotu Brand" and these cylinders will be sold directly to the customers. Customers can also refill them at the Ration Shop.Govt Ration Shop Dealers will contract directly with the LPG Distributors and appoint them directly as Point of Sell. Govt Shop Dealers will get the same margin. 

Govt Shop Dealers can not Stock more than 100 kg in advance. According to the decision of the Field Officer, the amount can also be reduced as per the shop's requirement.

Customers need to give ID Proof for taking the Cylinder First Time, which is Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook, Employee ID Proof, Passport, Student ID Proof, etc. 

Customers will also get free insurance benefits. For first time customers will also get the Safety Card, which is contains the instructions and tips for using the cylinder safely.
