Drivers and Conductors of UP will get Rs.4400/- for Regular Duty of 11 Days

Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) is going to run 11 special buses on the occasion of Diwali and Chhath Puja. These buses will keep running till 20 November 2023. This amount will be given to the contractual/outsourcing drivers and conductors as Incentives. 

In this period, all buses will run average of 300 km. Employees will get Rs.400/day and a total of Rs.4400 in 11 days. In the normal days, Roadways Bus Drivers and Conductors receive Rs.12,000/month working on 22 days. In the holidays, they will also get the extra amount for running the bus with Rs.4400/- as an incentive.

In Incentive Scheme, Employees will get Rs.3500/- as an Incentive by working 10 days on the basis of Rs.350/day. If Bus runs more than the limited parameters than employees will get Rs.0.55/Km.
