Qualification- MD/DNB recognized by MCI (Internal Medicine/Anesthesiology/Emergency Medicine/Pulmonary Medicine)
Pay Scale- Level-11 with Entry Pay Rs.67,700/- with other allowances.
Application Fee- Rs.200/- by Demand Draft.

1.) A bank draft of Rs.200/- in favor of "Director, SGPGI, Academic Account" payable at SBI, SGPGI Branch, Lucknow.
2.) 10th class certificate for age proof.
3.) Six recent passport size color photographs.
4.) MBBS/MS/MD Mark sheet/Degree or Qualified Certificate with MCI/State Medical Registration proof.
5.) Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates).
6.) All original documents/certificates with one set of photocopies of all the essential documents.
