Qualification- The candidate must possess not less than 6 years of experience as a Group-A Officer in All India Service/ Central Civil Services/ Central/ State Autonomous/ Subordinate Authorities in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level-10 in the pay matrix or equivalent.
