UPPSC Medical Officer Grade-2 (Medical Specialist) Bharti 2024 for 2532 Positions

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is going to release advertisement regarding the recruitment of Medical Officer Grade-2 (Medical Specialist) on 2532 vacancies. Official advertisement will be released next week on the official website of UPPSC.

Medical Specialists don't like Government Jobs, they prefer to run their own clinics. Due to this reason, last year only 285 positions were filled from 2382 vacancies. Despite running the recruitment process for the whole year, 2097 posts were still vacant.

This recruitment was for 15 types of Specialists. There are lots of vacancies was vacant in different specialties but only a few candidates applied for the post. The selection committee selected the candidates without screening, but specialists did not show any interest and positions became vacant.

The doctors explain that Bureaucracy is too much in the Government Jobs line and that's the reason they did not want to join any Government Job. So, finally, after calculating the total vacancies (backlog posts+current posts) now 2532 positions are available.
