North Central Railway Recruitment 2022 for 20 Posts of Jr. Technical Assistant (Civil)- Apply Online

 Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway, Prayagraj has recently invited online application for the post of Junior Technical Assistant (Civil). Interested candidates can apply for the post by submitting the application online with the required documents and application fees.

Total Posts: 20 (GEN- 8, OBC- 5, SC- 3, ST- 2, EWS- 2)

Age: 18- 33 yrs

Qualification: Minimum 03 yrs Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.

Pay Scale: 'Z' Class- Rs.25,000/-, 'Y' Class- Rs.27,000/-, 'X' Class- Rs.30,000/-

Application Fees: Rs.100/- (No Fees for SC/ST/Female/EWS category candidates).

Selection Process: The selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in their educational qualification and GATE Score (between 2016- 2021).

Important Points

The minimum qualifying marks to be obtained by the candidates in the prescribed educational qualification is 60% for General Candidates, 55% for OBC-NCL (Non Creamy Layer) Candidates and 50% for SC/ST Candidates.

Reserved category candidates will get the relaxation in age limit as per Government rules- For OBC candidates – 03 years, For SC/ST candidates-05 years.

All posts are contract basis, which is valid only for a limited time period.

Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates.

The date, Time and Place for document verification will be notified to the eligible shortlisted candidates on his/her email as well as on the official website of North Central Railway.

The contractual hiring will be done on the basis of merit prepared by the Selection Committee.

During the submission of the online application, a Registration number will be issued to each applicant. Candidates are advised to save or write down this number for future purposes also.
