TCL Recruitment 2022- Qualification & Experience

1. Company Secretary

Registered Company Secretary (C.S.) with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Minimum 05 yrs of Experience as Company Secretary in a Manufacturing Company.

2. Chief Accounts and Finance Manager

Registered C.A. with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Minimum 02 yrs Experience in a Manufacturing Company.

3. Corporate Strategy & Marketing Manager

PG Degree or Diploma with the Minimum of 65% marks in Management and Minimum 02 yrs Experience in a Manufacturing Company.

4. Chief Information Manager

Graduation in Computer Science/ IT or MCA with the minimum of 60% marks from NIELIT and Minimum 05 yrs of Experience in IT Company/ Institute/ Lab.

5. Senior Costing and Accounting Manager

ICWA/ CMA/ MBA in Finance with the Minimum of 65% marks and Minimum 03 yrs of experience in Manufacturing Company.

6. Industrial Engineer

Graduate/ PG Degree in Industrial Engineering with the minimum of 65% marks and Minimum 05 yrs Experience in a Manufacturing Company.

7. Accounts & Audit/ Taxation Manager

B.Com with the minimum of 55% marks or MBA (Finance) with the minimum of 65% marks and Minimum 02 yrs of Experience in Accounting/ Costing/ Auditing with any Manufacturing company.

Pay Scale

Company Secretary/ Chief Accounts and Finance Manager- Rs.100000/- per month

Corporate Strategy & Marketing Manager- Rs.80000/- per month
Chief Information Manager- Rs.75000/- per month
Senior Costing and Accounting Manager- Rs.70000/- per month
Industrial Engineer- Rs.50000/- per month
Accounts & Audit/ Taxation Manager- Rs.40000/- per month
